About the Tournament
Since 2005, the Academy has hosted an annual Golf Outing to raise funds for the school's programs. Each year, the school’s President, Sr. Dorothy Payne, welcomed the participants and proudly shared the many success stories of the students. An avid sports fan herself, this was one of Sr. Dorothy’s favorite events. She was always so grateful to all of the golfers and sponsors for making generous donations each year to help the students and the school. After Sister’s passing, the annual event was renamed the “Sr. Dorothy Payne Memorial Golf Outing” in her honor.
